Microlaunchers is a plan to create a new kind of space 
          access with much more frequent opportunities and wider 
          participation than currently evisioned in the current 
          alt.space or newspace ventures.  


          
          By creating new very small and inexpensive launch means 
          an "evolutionary pathway" will enable development and 
          deployment into interplanetary space hundreds, then 
          thousands of tiny spacecraft to photograph near earth 
          asteroids, then later, to land on some.
